Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground is one of Nepal’s most important cricket venues and regularly hosts domestic tournaments and international matches. As the venue developed its night-game capability, the project required a stadium lighting system that could deliver powerful illumination, strong field visibility, and dependable outdoor performance.
For sports facilities of this scale, lighting quality directly affects player visibility, spectator experience, and the venue’s ability to support evening events. The upgrade therefore focused on a professional LED solution suitable for demanding cricket field applications.
The project adopted FL09 (Ares) 1500W LED 경기장 투광등 with 20° precision optics to achieve long-distance projection and more controlled beam distribution. A total of 430 luminaires were installed to support wide-area coverage across the cricket field.
This configuration is suitable for large sports venues that require a balance of brightness, optical precision, and long-term reliability. The LED solution also supports more stable operation compared with traditional lighting technologies.
