This project is located in Malaysia, Malaysia, at a multipurpose sports and training complex with a large football field and additional sports courts.
The main field uses a six-mast layout with 120 FL09 1500W LED floodlights installed around the site. The project needed a practical lighting arrangement for training and regular sports use across a large outdoor area.
The lighting design combines 15° and 20° optics rather than relying on a single beam angle. The narrower optics are used for longer throw distances, while the wider optics serve medium-distance zones and broader field coverage.
The luminaires use U-shaped brackets for aiming adjustment, while the electrical supply is arranged through centralized cabinets to make access and maintenance more practical on site.

FL09 is designed for large outdoor sports lighting applications where long-throw optical performance and controlled beam distribution are required.
For this project, 120 units were installed on six high masts with a mix of 15° and 20° optics to suit different throw distances across the field.
The completed installation provides a dedicated LED lighting system for the main field and regular training use.
The use of two beam angles within one six-mast layout gives the lighting design more control over different throw distances across the site.
Centralized electrical cabinets also support easier access for inspection and maintenance compared with servicing electrical components at luminaire height.
